The New Inn Manaccan is protecting the natural beauty of Cornwall

The New Inn Manaccan is a traditional thatched freehold Country pub serving good locally sourced food and well kept ales. It is run by a village based Co-Operative Society which has 166 shareholders who rescued the pub from closure in 2015. It is fortunate enough to be supported by the wider Manaccan community of Gillan, St.Anthony and Helford and their regular returning visitors and families, many of whom have been using The New Inn for several generations.

We feel it is our duty to do what we can to preserve this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that we are fortunate enough to call home by protecting our fabulous coastline from the threat of plastic in any way that we can. We are therefore joining The Final Straw in refusing to stock single use plastic straws and only serving drinks with paper ones instead.
