Farmed by our family for over 50 years, Callestick Farm is the perfect balance of traditional values, hands-on experience and modern efficiency. We have been producing the finest Cornish ice-cream since 1989 and the business has grown steadily over the past 29 years.
Here at Callestick we take fresh milk all from our own herd of Jersey cross Friesian cows, add lashings of double or clotted cream creating the famously rich flavour, which is then complimented by the finest fruits and confectionery. None of the rich dairy goodness is removed, and nothing artificial added.
The ice-cream is naturally gluten free, egg free and suitable for vegetarians. Our sorbets are made with our own farms spring water and are all are non-dairy, non-egg, suitable for vegetarians and gluten free.
Our Tea room is open from Easter – October half term and serves hot drinks, cakes and of course our award winning ice cream!
We are passionate about going plastic free and joining ‘Final Straw Cornwall’ is just the beginning. We are continuing to work towards greater sustainability and investigating alternatives to plastic wherever possible within the ice cream industry.
